What is San Antonio 2011?
San Antonio 2011 is the National Youth Conference of the Mennonite Brethren Churches.  It is the largest gathering of Mennonite Brethren student or otherwise and carries with it the power to be the most influential.  It is a conference that uses high energy worship, powerful and challenging speakers, training and ministry opportunities to help draw students towards reimagining their way in the world; a subversive, spirit-driven movement aimed at bringing God’s reign to reflect in the broken places and people of the earth.

When and where is San Antonio 2011?
April 16th-19th at the Grand Hyatt River Walk in San Antonio, TX

Why San Antonio?
After much discussion and scouting San Antonio, TX was selected as the site for the National Youth Conference for the availability of ministry opportunities, proximity of food and entertainment, quality and availability of the hotel. 

How much does San Antonio 2011 cost?
Registration amount is $285. It includes conference registration and three nights at the Grand Hyatt. 

How is housing handled?
Housing registration is included with your group registration.

Do I need to stay in the conference hotel?
Yes.  All groups need to stay in the Grand Hyatt.  We have negotiated a special rate with the hotel that your group will be unable to get separately. 

How many are allowed in a hotel room?
Four.

What is the required adult to student ratio?
We ask for am minimum of one adult leader for every 8 students or one adult for every two hotel rooms.

I’m a student; can I register myself without a group?
Students must be a part of a group to attend San Antonio 2011.  If you would like help locating groups in your area please send an e-mail to info@sanantonio2011.org with your name, city, state, and zip code.
